Halfpaper offers returns within 14 days from receipt of your order. Let us know within this period if you would like to return an item.
Which items can I return?
For orders delivered to Switzerland, our voluntary return policy covers unused, non-personalised items.
Personalised products are excluded from change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.
For consumers in Liechtenstein, applicable statutory withdrawal rights take precedence over the unused-item condition: you may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them may result in a deduction for loss of value where the law permits. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from statutory change-of-mind withdrawal.
