How do I upload photos for a Memory Strip?Updated 2 days ago

The Memory Strip uses four photos, arranged from image 1 at the top to image 4 at the bottom.

Upload your photos

1. Open the four-photo upload option on the Memory Strip product page.
2. Select one image for each of the four positions.
3. Check the preview: images are automatically centre-cropped to a 4:5 portrait format and converted to black and white.
4. To change the composition, crop your original image before uploading it again. The uploader does not provide a manual crop-position control.
5. When all four previews are ready, select Bilder übernehmen to save them before adding the Memory Strip to your order.

File formats and size

Use JPG/JPEG, PNG or WebP files, up to 20 MB per image. HEIC and HEIF files depend on browser support; if one cannot be processed, convert it to JPG or PNG and try again.
